I am the same... I like my mascara almost dry and have been using Amplicils by Lancome for years and before that, Pure Velvet by Estee Lauder - EL discontinued this brand and I was lost, until I remembered using Amplicils in my younger days... anyway, now they have discontinued the COLOUR I like and I don't get on with Hypnose (I don't like the flakes that come off during the day and irritate my eyes) so I am now going to try the purple YSL. You've saved my eyelashes from a fate worse than wet mascara!!! Thanks! This has been SO helpful.
