I hate going to the gym. Not because I hate working out. But because I get very bored with the same machines so I cut back how often I go until I eventually don’t go at all. I tend to need a bit (a lot) of guidance when it comes to exercise but at the same time I need a lot of variety otherwise I will just give up. That’s where youtube comes in it turns out you can find just about anything on there from how to pop a pimple (yes, really) to cooking tutorials to makeup tutorials to workouts. Here are my personal favourite youtube fitness gurus:
Amanda Russell:
Amanda Russell is an olympic trained athlete who has been featured in Self magazine and whose aspirations are to become the Oprah of fitness. Her youtube channel consists Fitness tips, workouts and motivational tips.

Blogilates is run by Cassey Ho who is a pilates and fitness instructor, Cassey’s videos are workouts based around yoga and pilates and strength training. Cassey’s videos also provide the opportunity to use your own music. Blogilates videos can be found either at youtube or on the blogilates.com website.
The Toneitup girls are Karena and Katrina – two LA based best friends. Karena and Katrina have been dubbed by Jane Fonda as the new generation of fitness. Many of their workouts are HIT (high intensity training) and their website focuses on weightloss and healthy eating. Karena and Katrina also offer printable workouts on their website. While their workouts are free they also have a diet plan which can be purchased from toneitup.com
