Today we wake up to the tragic news that the voice that is Whitney Houston died yesterday and the young age of just 48. Found in her hotel bathroom by her bodyguard, she was pronounced dead at 3.55pm yesterday afternoon. Although the cause of death is yet to be confirmed, the troubled singer has a past of drug abuse, admitting to taking crack cocaine with her then husband of 14 years, Bobby Brown.
Remembered for her hit film The Bodyguard, featuring some of her biggest hits, I Will Always Love You and Run To You, Whitney will never be forgotten and will always be remembered for the soulful star that she always was.
